To return your order, follow these steps:

1. Go to our Return Request Form
2. Enter your order number and the email, phone number, or zip code used to place the order (use uppercase letters for the order number, e.g., ES2022US)
3. Select the item(s) you want to return
4. Choose the reason for the return and any additional notes
5. Submit the form

You’ll receive an email with your RMA number, prepaid FedEx return label, and instructions.

We only accept unused, unworn/ undamaged items in their original packaging. Items will be refused and sent back if they are not in the condition they were originally sent. Please try on shoes on the carpet/ inside.
