If you received a prepaid FedEx label:

1. Pack the items in the original box. The shoe box must be shipped inside another outer box. No exceptions. If the shoe box is damaged, your return will be refused.
2. Print and attach the prepaid label.
3. Drop it off at your local FedEx location.
4. Keep your tracking number until your refund is processed. (5-10 business days after the item is received)
